Panattoni has secured another tenant for its flagship development in Lower Silesia – Wrocław Campus 2. Sellpy, a digital platform for secondhand and other products, will launch a distribution warehouse in Wrocław, occupying approximately 38,000 sqm.
Wrocław Campus 2 is the second stage of one of Panattoni's largest investments in the Lower Silesian Province. The target area will be approximately 160,000 sqm, of which 102,000 sqm is currently under construction. The first tenant of the investment is the logistics operator DSV. The complex is located in an industrial zone 20 km from the centre of Wrocław. Its proximity to the A4 and A8 motorways provides excellent road connections to major centres in Poland and Europe. Panattoni, which has already delivered over 2.3 million sqm of modern space in the region alone, is designing the facility in accordance with the highest technical and environmental standards. Wrocław Campus 2 will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, and tenants will gain access to green areas and electric car charging stations, among other things.

Sellpy plans to start operations at the facility during spring 2026.
